Multiples reports in await.

I create a few reports but just one has been open by a moderator, other none and that after 10days of creation... 13 Days exactly :    ETS2: EU SIM 1 - Wrong Way - English - Nobody - New - 07 Aug 00:11

 

It's a bug ?  i have 3 reports pending like this...

Read this: Report System FAQ

"Q: I made a report, why hasn't it been dealt with yet?

A: At times, our queue can get pretty big which will delay response time. But do not worry because every report will get dealt with eventually, no report goes unchecked."

Problem is some reports on same date are open and classed but other on same date, nop, still in new state.... But yes i wait...
