Callum.
I don't particularly like the average double or the B-Double, however I love the HCT doubles, makes the game that extra bit challenging! I find single box trailers boring, however flatbed or heavy cargoes I enjoy to drive
Cloofter
I like any type of trailer but If I had to pick, I'd need to go with Double! Why? The sheer length of the doubles makes for a challenge, especially combined with the weight sometimes. Can make for pretty funny hill-starts. Since May 2015. 049David [GER]
Normally I drive Double for the extra challenge, but if I just want to be driving relaxed I take Single Trailer.
Mr.Tea
Hello Ricardo Milos, Single trailers are better for German streets, but double trailers are looking better. With double trailers it's way harder than with single trailers. In the north the streets are wider, so it's easier to drive with double trailers. ElectroHouse20
It all depends on you how fun it is to drive. But for me more Single: Why? Lighter weight Flexibility in maneuvering. But also Double good Why? Greater stability; Higher load; It is less likely to be affected by road conditions or weather conditions;
Space Night
I like to run Nordic doubles over b-doubles, and yes if ever you see someone reversing onto the ferry at Naantali or Kappelskar with a double, chances are it may be me. Even though Kappelskar is lacking non collision, I back on, I just have to be patient whilst folk come off the boat and let them go by first. Bolts
Double trailer are my favourite, i have a few save edited ones so i think they look better. They also take a little bit more skill to drive.
SammyCat
I prefer the single trailers to the double ones, because of the roads that I occasionally go on when I'm on TruckersMP. I tried out a double trailer once and pretty much ended up damaging the cargo a lot. .StεvƐ.
For me, it depends on where I intend to drive. highly populated areas, a single trailer is best because cargo weight is lower and you have more manoeuvrability in situations that require quick reactions, but singles get super boring when that’s all you’ve driven for years. outside of populated areas I will run either a; b double, because it’s super manoeuvrable and is easy to park once you understand what to do, a standard double (pup trailer at the rear behind the main trailer) because it’s more challenging to reverse and I find it more fun to drive around Germany and up into Scandinavia or the Baltic region, a hct because it’s way more challenging, extremely hard to park without having to disconnect and push the dolly wheels straight again, also hcts are a lot of fun to take to the more narrow and winding roads in the south of the map where they are way more challenging to drive. ultimately it’s down to the situation at hand as to which type of trailer to take. [PGVTC] British_Monkey
yeah singles are better to use but don't get me wrong doubles are great as well as they can offer a large amount of challenges in dense populated areas.
Andreas
I pretty much enjoy driving any cargo and trailer that brings a challenge. I tend to use my HCT in TMP, drive around and doing deliveries outside the Baltic's area, however it doesn't mean I dislike single trailers. I use them at convoys and when I feel like it
General18
Definitely doubles You really have to think about how you take sharp turns And if you forget that your driving a double, well, the doubles well make you remember that for a loong time (Atleast if you get really stuck) General18 TruckersMP My supported languages: English, Danish Support | TruckersMP Rules | Feedback | How To Downgrade
