American Truck Sim can not access Steam Client

After I patched the client i  got this error https://i.imgur.com/c7bKXLN.png I already did all three of the steps that are posted not sure what else i can do.

Hello Deathcrazy,

 

Can you please try to run Steam and TruckersMP as Administrator 

Also, can you try verify game files (Steam -> Library -> American Truck Simulator -> Properties-> Local Files -> Verify)
