Hello :)

Start TruckersMP, then press the cog button in the player list, or press the cog icon in upper left corner on the login screen, select the "Sound" tab, then check the "Speaker device" - change it to "Default", then press "Apply". After that, press the "Start test" on the same tab. You should hear yourself as you speak during the test.

There are few things to check:

Check the audio device selected as "Speaker device". By default it's set to "Default", which is usually the default audio output device.

Check the microphone device selected as "Microphone device". Again, the default option is "Default", which is same thing, as the entry on "Speaker device" list, but it's related to audio input device.

Check the microphone mute switch. On most headsets, the microphone mute switch is located near volume control knob. Perhaps you have muted that by mistake. Try changing the state of said switch to the opposite one.

Check the microphone volume in both OS and TruckersMP. In first case, you can either use the program provided by manufacturer of the sound card/headset, or you can use microphone volume control in "Sounds" control panel applet. In the second case, on the "Sound" tab of TruckersMP setting, locate the very last slider on the bottom. You can use scroll bar on the right to find it. Right above it there's "Start test" button. After you press it you should hear yourself. If not, try restoring default settings for default audio input device. All recording devices can be located in "Sounds" control panel applet under "Recording" tab. Open properties of the default device, then select "Advanced" tab, then click "Restore defaults" button followed by "OK". At that point, if you had game running, restart it in order to refresh all audio devices in TruckersMP.
