August is shaping up to be one of our busiest months yet for our On The Road team. With 5 events taking place in 4 different countries in the space of 2 weeks, we are looking forward to meeting our community from many different parts of the world.

Starting off with the world's largest gaming festival and trade show, Gamescom, hosted in Cologne, Germany at the Koelnmesse on the 21st of August till the 24th. This year, we will be attending the event with a new booth setup, as well as working alongside Thrustmaster, Steelseries, Tobii and Speedseats to provide a unique driving experience for our attendees. Make sure to visit us in Hall 6 at Booth B050 where you can take a drive on our simulators or PC setups, meet the SCS team and possibly walk away with some SCS Swag!

Across the pond, we are happy to be sending two teams to the USA. The first team will be visiting The Great American Truck Show hosted in Dallas, Texas at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center from the 22nd-24th of August. Over on the West Coast, you will find our second team at PAX West, hosted in Seattle at the Washington State Convention Centre from August 30th till September 2nd. We are excited to be cooperating with Thrustmaster at Booth 6003, where you can try out a range of sims, including our latest Washington map expansion for American Truck Simulator. Back in Europe, we will be bringing our SCS Sim Trailer to the Nordic Trophy hosted in Mantorp Park on the 30th and 31st of August in Linköping, Sweden. With over 500 trucks from 13+ different countries, all competing for the prestigious trophy, you will be sure to find the most polished, painted and looked-after show trucks there. We look forward to meeting many of the truck enthusiasts and drivers, so make sure to stop by our trailer!

And to end off the month of August, our team along with Grammer seats will be back for Round 5 of the FIA ETRC Championship held in Most Autodrom in our home country, the Czech Republic. It will be held from the 31st of August to the 1st of September, so join us for a weekend. Stop by the Fan Village to say dobrý den and show us your skills on our sim, chat with our team and maybe even receive some free merchandise.
