However, we are trying to find a simple and unambiguous solution. I would suggest trying the following solutions first: We have one solution that has been verified to be functional. > Please open Windows Date & Time Settings Later please follow these steps: 1. "Automatic time setting" → ON 2. "Set time zone automatically" → OFF 3. Select a time zone (for example, UTC + 01:00) 4. Restart your computer to test and try again start the game If your problem still exists after you've done all the steps above, try them below: - Try to log-in multiplayer with different router. - Try to log-in multiplayer with the internet of your phone that has android or ios OS. If you don't know how to connect your pc with the phone's internet, follow the instructions below. This solution has helped other players recently: Go to "This PC" and copy/paste this path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache & C:\Windows\Temp\WebCache (if available). Delete all files from both folders. Launch the launcher and try again. 3. If it does not help, try this solution: Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. 0 CrystaLMartin Posted August 4, 2019 Share Posted August 4, 2019 In order, to fix that problem, I recommend you to do the following: Open CMD as administrator then run the below commands, restart your PC after running the commands. Press HERE for a video tutorial ipconfig /flushdns nbtstat –r netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset If the above commands don't work make sure you don't have any antivirus which might block the connection such as Kaspersky.
