Any way to use the Steam Workshop mods?

I know new areas won't work and new trucks would most likely cause problems, but one mod that i'd really like to use online is the minimal adviser interface (and maybe the HDR - No Bloom and Alternate F2 Mirrors), however when I start the game through the launcher it shows no mods on my mod list...

Is there any way to use the mods that change the interface (and in theory shouldnt affect other drivers)?

Edit: I did search if there was an answer for this before posting, but half the posts I saw linked to a list of mods that supposedlly work (that I couldn't click) and the other half said there were no mods that would work online...

Hello Chrius,

External Mods aren´t allowed in TruckersMP Launcher. But Maybe I have an solution. Visit this Website and install ReShade. 

This is changing your whole Graphics and this here isn´t taking your FPS away, and it´s legal.
