My reports are not being viewed. i made 3 reports more than a week ago and it has not been viewed by ANYONE

Many players i have reported have gone unpunished and the faith i have in the admin team and this community as a whole is deteriorating, the fact that these extreme rule breakers just get away with breaking rules. I am aware it takes time to get through reports but my previous reports were addressed within 2 days. approaching 10 days now and it remains unread by anyone. such a shame.

I also reported a few players and the admins haven't seen them yet. I just think they are kinda busy at the moment. Just give them some time and you will see your reports are going to get accepted very soon ^^

We all just have to be patient.

Hi there!

Keep in mind that reports can take up to 24h or longer, There is alot reports for our GM team to deal with.

Infact that there is FIFO rule, (First In, first out ) For more clear, I mean the oldest report get dealt with first and the newest report get dealt in time.

yes, thank you. i also seen 2/3 of my reports were addressed as well.
