Cannot change trailer skin

As the title suggests, i am unable to change trailer skin. When i click on the clogwheel the trailer skin that are available are shown but i can't click the confirm button as its blacked out. Please help!

No. But why does it require money to change skin??

Customizing the trailer costs more than the default as like truck.
