My Report Moderator was promoted to a Game Moderator right after he banned me

My Report Moderator was promoted to a Game Moderator right after he banned me. I got banned on the 6th of july and two days later he got promoted. Now he doesn't answer my ban appeal because it isn't in his remit anymore to decide about banned people. Basically I am lost now because there is nobody responsible for me anymore. What should I do now?

Hello @Wolter Koops,

 

Even if a staff member got promoted, he/she is still responsible with his/her old duties. Therefore, that doesn't mean you have been ignored. When the game moderator who has issued the ban check the website, he will answer you as soon as possible. Have a nice day!

First of all, thank you for creating a topic in the Help section.

One of the tasks of a Game Moderator is to check reports in-game as well as on the website. Your appeal will be reviewed by LaserX as he still deals with Reports and bans he gave to users.
From what I know, you appealed your ban yesterday and sometimes it takes up to 3 days to get the answer. The only thing you can do is waiting patiently for the answer. Thank you for understanding!

Hello Wolter, 

 

looks like truckersmp changed the names for staff members again.

 

But i want to notice that a Game Moderator still does website reports, additionally he can moderate ingame live (Ingame Reports or handling live traffic). So a Game Moderator has wider range of responsibility than just a Report Moderator, even in the same category.

I just can tell, that you need some more patience. 

 

Edit: i just noticed that you still have a Reference to drugs in your avatar at truckersmp, which also wouldnt be allowed.
