What to do in Duisburg?

Some people don't understand European traffic laws or the UK as well they are from a different country but as stated above Duisburg is a lost cause for the reckless driving etc, It's best to avoid it if you know it's gonna be busy. Oh and things to do in the city? Enjoy yourself in the traffic x.
