I cant log in

Question

When i start the launcher it starts very hard after like 1 min it starts.When type in my email and my after 2 min it says:Context failed Unknow error - The revocation function was unable to... and i cant see the mesage further.I tryed to delete the launcher and install it again but didnt work.

Hello @XCristi

 

1. Restart your the router/modem & PC

2. Look this solution:

  • Go to "This PC" and copy/paste this path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache & C:\Windows\Temp\WebCache (if available).
  • Delete all files from both folders.
  • Launch the launcher and try again.

3. If this is not a problem, read this topic (many solutions):

Hello,

 

If your problem still exists after you've done all the steps above, try them below: 

 

- Try to log-in multiplayer with different router.
- Try to log-in multiplayer with the internet of your phone that has android or ios OS. 

 

If you don't know how to connect your pc with the phone's internet, follow the instructions below.

Hello ;

Your problem is stems by your internet modem or location provider.

Please use the ultrasurf and delete truckersmp and reinstall.

Use the ultrasmurf vpn and join the game with him.

If you succesfully join the game you can stil close the VPN.

Hello,

 

Try:

Solution 1:

Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/ 

Solution 2:

Open any VPN program and try again.

Turn off firewall and anti-vuris programs.

Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems

Try clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache 

Solution 3:

1. Run the program as an administrator (right click the shortcut and select 'run as an administrator' and accept the UAC prompt. 

2. Run TruckersMP in compatibility mode for Windows 10, please follow this guide https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/set-compatibility-mode-windows-10   

3. Install these two programs

.NET Framework 4.6.2: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53344 

VisualC++ 2015 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
