Stuck at "Install Available Updates"

I have already tried running as Administrator, re-installing and it didn't work.

 

Also tried this link:

and it is also not helpful. It should not be tagged as resolved.

I can't uncheck ATS because it is grayed out.

 

Any more solutions?

Hey, this should help you:

 

Download Ultrasurf / Windscribe.
Run Ultrasurf.
Open TruckersMP in Administrator Mode.
Install the available updates (only the first run with Ultrasurf), wait for it to finish and Launch button appears.
Exit Ultrasurf.

Press F1 & it will download everything again, sometimes fixes things. By re installing do you mean you have removed TMP from your pc & re installed it? If not try that & even try re installing or verifying both games, even a restart may help
