ETS2 1.34 "the game filesystem failed to initialize aborting now" ERROR

I bought ets 2, but when I installed version 1.34 I get the error "the game filesystem failed to initialize aborting now". How can I solve this problem? Thanks.

Hello, Please Verify the integrity of the game files.
Steam > Library > Euro Truck Simulator 2 > Right Click > Properties > Local Files > "Verify the integrity of the game files" click.

another way of a solution that helps me is to stop real - time protection 
 

type in the start menu of your windows virus & threat protection
 

as you enter inside you have to go to virus & threat protection settings
