Downgrading is removing all truck and state DLC's

When I downgrade the game, I can get it to launch but it removes my trucks and I can' get any further than the title screen, can anyone help with this?

Make sure to check files integrity after downgrading, follow those steps: Open Steam > Library > Select ETS 2 > Right click > Properties > LOCAL FILES > VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES... . Steam will now automatically check if any files are missing. If yes, then steam will automatically download them. Some files might be missing that is why your game is not starting. Let me know if it worked!
