Token not received And lost all back-up codes

Good evening

 

a friend of mine is not able to login, So that he could download the MP mod.

The e-mail adress and password he used are correct, but than he needs to use a token.

sadly that system is broken, And my friend never received the token. not even in his spam folder.

He also lost all his back-up codes, So he is more or less dead in the water now.

He is not good in english, And requested me to help him.

so here i am to ask for help, As he cant even login onto this forum.

could someone help me on this issue, so that i can help my friend to login again?

your friend has to logout from the website. After that he has to create a support ticket (https://truckersmp.com/support/ticket) so we can help your friend to disable 2FA and to gain access to the account again.
