Hello,

This happens for example when the graphics driver is crashing. Check if yours is up to date or launch the game in OpenGL mode to see if it runs better.

Check keybindings? It looks like its loading the auto save over and over?

If none of those answers are working, make sure you have updated your graphics driver is out of date. This can easily be resolved via downloading the clients for installing the graphics card company you have installed in your computer (e.g. Nvidia). Hope this helps!
