Hello :)

In order, to fix that problem, I recommend you to do the following:

Open CMD as administrator then run the below commands, restart your PC after running the commands. Press HERE for a video tutorial

  • ipconfig /flushdns
  • nbtstat –r
  • netsh int ip reset
  • netsh winsock reset

If the above commands don't work make sure you don't have any antivirus which might block the connection such as Kaspersky.

Kind Regards,

Hey !

This error occurs because the startup device causes a lot of time and the connection time between the startup device and the server has expired. For example, you can try to create a new game profile, turn off antivirus, clean the system from unnecessary files and programs.

Or, the simple thing is: Try reinstalling the launcher.

Hello there,

Please follow these steps;

1-Press Windows Key + R (Win + R) on your keyboard

2-Type "% programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotation marks) Locate the "TruckersMP" folder and delete this folder.

3-Go to C: \ Program Files \ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

4-Go to the website and reinstall the Initiator and reinstall it as an administrator: https: //truckersmp.com/download/

Then, try the following steps.

1-Open any VPN program and try again. (I recommend UltraSurf https://ultrasurf.us/)

2-Close the firewall and anti-theft programs.

3-Try turning your modem off and then back on for 1 minute and see if you still have connection problems

4-Try clearing your DNS cache, please review this link. https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ckb/how+to+clear+your+dns+cach to

I hope your problem will improve with these solutions.
