Hello @Countine,

In order, to fix that problem, I recommend you to do the following:

Open CMD as administrator then run the below commands, restart your PC after running the commands. Press HERE for a video tutorial

  • ipconfig /flushdns
  • nbtstat –r
  • netsh int ip reset
  • netsh winsock reset

If the above commands don't work make sure you don't have any antivirus which might block the connection such as Kaspersky.

Hello in on an old topic about the same mistake i found this solution hope to help

Solution 1:

Open any VPN program and try again.(I advise UltraSurf https://ultrasurf.us/)

Turn off firewall and anti-vuris programs.

Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems

Try clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache

Solution 2:

1. Run the program as an administrator (right click the shortcut and select 'run as an administrator' and accept the UAC prompt.

2. Run TruckersMP in compatibility mode for Windows 7, please follow this guide http://pearsonsupport.helpserve.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/210/21/how-to-install-or-run-a-program-in-compatibility-mode-in-windows-7

3. Install these two programs:

.NET Framework 4.6.2

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53344

VisualC++ 2015

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Hello :)

Solution 1:

1) Start your computer and log on as an administrator.

2) Click the Start button then select All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then click System Restore.

3) In the new window, select "Restore my computer to an earlier time" option and then click Next.

4) Select the most recent system restore point from the "On this list, click a restore point" list, and then click Next.

5) Click Next on the confirmation window.

6) Restarts the computer when the restoration is finished.

Solution 2:

Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard.

Enter "cmd" (without the quotes) and press Enter.

Type “netsh winsock reset”(without the quotes) and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard.

Once it’s complete, you'll see the message “Winsock reset completed successfully”.

Restart the computer and run the TruckersMP Launcher as administrator.

I've done everything shown in the video, I've restarted my computer, but the problem is still continuing. I just use windows defender.

Windows Defender can cause this problem too as it can block the connection between the launcher and the server. Make sure to turn it off or add the game and TMP launcher to the whitelist, so it won't cause any problems.

By this time, the windows defender was always on.

I closed the Windows defender program and tried to enter it but still the same problem.
