problem with world of truck (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

I have a problem with external supplies in DLC  Beyond the Baltic Sea when I want to drive external delivery in DLC  Baltic option for external contracts is not active as I move to another country example Germany the problem is being fixed if someone has an idea how to fix it I will be very grateful

go to home screen - options(next to save and load game) - online  - browse

and if you have all the dlcs you should have all 7 connected if not you can connect them and you should be fine

Have you checked on the website for any owned DLC? https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings#dlc

Make sure the Steam profile and game details are set to Public at the moment of verification.
