Since you are waiting for a response on your feedback ticket, it may take a while to receive an answer due to a huge income of tickets and limited Upper Staff spots. But I can ensure you that every single ticket will get reviewed carefully and individually and once you passed the ticket queue, you will receive a proper reply by us. Sorry for the waiting time.
