0 Guest
Hey mate For this problem please use this solution : The launcher cannot connect with the TruckersMP server to download the updates. Restart your router and stop any other updates that may use all your bandwidth. Also make sure your Firewall/Antivirus is not blocking the launcher. And Start TruckesMP as administrator There are some solved topics about these problem : If your problem will be still going please re-install the TMP Launcher : Go to Documents Delete the ETS2MP/ATS MP Folder Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/ Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates" Thank you ! Have a nice day Kind Regards -----[RLC] Dark_Owl_----- TruckersMP Members

0 Xpert
Hello! Perform the following troubleshooting methods: Method 1: I would suggest you to place the computer in clean boot state and then check how it works. Follow these steps to place the computer in clean boot: Step 1: 1. Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard. 2. In the ‘Run’ windows type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’. 3. Click the ‘Boot’ tab and uncheck ‘Safe Boot’ option. 4. On the ‘General’ tab, click to select the option ‘Selective startup’, and then click to clear the option Load startup items check box. 5. On the ‘Services’ tab, click to select the ‘Hide all Microsoft services’ check box, and then click ‘Disable all’. 6. On the ‘Startup’ tab, click ‘Open Task Manager’. In the Task Manager window under startup tab, right click on each startup item which are enabled and select ‘Disable’. 7. Click ‘OK’, and then click Restart. 8. If it works in clean boot state, then follow rest of the steps. Step 2: Enable half of the services • Follow steps 1a and 1b to start the System Configuration utility. • Click the Services tab, and then click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box. • Click to select half of the check boxes in the Service list. • Click OK, and then click Restart. Step 3: 1. If the problem still occurs, repeat step 1 and step 2. In step 2, click to clear half of the check boxes that you originally selected in the Service list. 2. If the problem does not occur, repeat step 1 and step 2. In step 2, select only half of the remaining check boxes that are cleared in the Service list. Repeat these steps until you have selected all the check boxes. 3. If only one service is selected in the Service list, and you still experience the problem, the selected service causes the problem. Go to step 6. If no service causes this problem, go to step 4 Step 4: Enable half of the Startup items If no startup item causes this problem, a Microsoft service most likely causes the problem. To determine which Microsoft service may be causing the problem, repeat step 1 and step 2 without selecting the Hide all Microsoft services check box in either step. Step 5: Determine whether the problem returns • If the problem still occurs, repeat step 1 and step 4. In step 4, click to clear half of the check boxes that you originally selected in the Startup Item list. • If the problem does not occur, repeat step 1 and step 4. In step 4, select only half of the remaining check boxes that are cleared in the Startup Item list. Repeat these steps until you have selected all the check boxes. • If only one startup item is selected in the Startup Item list, and you still experience the problem, the startup item that is selected in the list is the service that is causing the problem. Go to step 5. • If no startup item causes this problem, a Microsoft service most likely causes the problem. To determine which Microsoft service may be causing the problem, repeat step 1 and step 2 without selecting the Hide all Microsoft services check box in either step. Step 6: After you determine the startup item or the service that causes the problem, contact the program manufacturer to determine whether the problem can be resolved. Or, run the System Configuration utility, and then click to clear the check box for the problem item. Step 7: Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to boot to normal startup. 1. Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard. 2. In the ‘Run’ windows type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’. 3. On the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Normal Startup’ option, and then click ‘OK’. 4. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click ‘Restart’. Method 2: Try to install in new user account and check a) Press 'Windows +W' and select control panel. b) Select ‘User account and Family safety’. c) Click on User accounts and select ‘Manage the account’. d) Click on ‘Add a new user in PC settings’. e) To create new user account click on the plus sign (+) ‘Add a User’. f) Select ‘Don’t want this user to sign in with Microsoft account?’ g) Click on ‘Local account’ button. h) Enter the User name and click on ‘Next’ button and click on ‘Finish’. i) Restart the computer. Hope this helps!
0 Guest
Hi, Please try running TruckersMP as an administrator and also try running it in compatibility mode for either of these options, Windows 7 - Windows 8 - Windows Server 2008 and try the other ones, see if it helps to resolve the problem. 0 Soul Knight
Hello there, Try this : - Enter the https://ultrasurf.us/ website. (If not, use a different VPN.) - Press the Download button and wait for it to load. - Open the program (you don't need to do anything because the program will work on its own) - Enter the Launcher again and press the F1 key. - Press ''Install Available Updates'' button and wait for the process to end, - You can close the VPN program (if there is no problem) and enter the game. 寻求帮助 I 规则 I 中文板块 I 封禁申诉 I 反馈 I 招聘
