Euro Truck Simulator 2 does not recognize command

I use AMD's Relive tool to make game recordings. I do not know what happened, but now it does not record full screen Euro TruckSimulator 2 game.
I did a test recording first on the desktop and then I opened the game normally. However, it does not record anything, the screen goes black on leaving the desktop for the open game.

 

I tested this by opening the ATS and it worked perfectly, no problems. This means that the problem must be in ETS2.

One thing I noticed was that the peak refresh rate occurs.
I noticed that when I record inside the game and then return to the desktop, in the upper right corner the message with "exclamation mark inside a triangle" appears next to "RECORD". However, it does not record. My video card drivers are up to date.

While there is no solution, I have to film the desktop screen to detect in the game window mode. I do not want to do this always.

 

I wanted to ask for help from anyone who has seen this problem with AMD's Relive Recorder in a specific game like ETS2. I installed PlaysTV, but it does not record as well. I conclude that is the problem of the game Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

I have NVIDIA GPU, so I don't know anything about AMD, but I know how I solved my problems with Geforce Experience.

1. Uninstall GPU Drivers with DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
2. Uninstall the recording program
3. Remove files by CCleaner
4. Restart PC
5. Install GPU drivers again
6. Install recording program
7. Done & let us know if it worked

When recording, it seems that the image overlay does not occur for the game. Maybe that's the problem.

I identified the problem, but I do not know why it should be this way now. The problem is actually the monitor's resolution to the game.

What happens is this: my native resolution of the monitor is 1280x800. And in the ETS2 game is 1280x720. This worked perfectly until a few days ago with the Relive recorder.

What I did now was this: I left the native monitor resolution of 1280x720 just like the ETS2 game. I opened the game and activated the shortcut key to start recording. And it worked.

My monitor is not the most modern, so the way it is now, there is a black bar on my monitor's screen at the top and bottom because of the resolution. If there is anything that can be done about it it would be good.

I would recommend to apply the same resolution of your monitor. If you look into your Display Settings, you can see the recommended option.

 

 

That is what Windows recommend to use, which is usually the resolution of the monitor or what the Graphic Processing Unit can handle)

Yes, I should use the recommended resolution, however, my video card may use a better than recommended.
I solved the problem by not following your tip. @LordBenji Well, I said it in the previous topic.

 

I just tried copying the "config" file from the American truck simulator and pasting it into the Euro Truck Simulator 2 game folder. And it worked perfectly the resolution as follows: monitor resolution: 1280x800; and the resolution of the game ETS2: 1280X720.
