Can't re-download game

So  I had issues with game mods removing original sounds from file. So I deleted both version of game reinstalled them and found out that all I had to do was go back in my save file far enough to load a session before the issue occurred. Anyway When I went to reinstall ATMP. I logged in to the web site. I noticed there was no download option for registered users who had already downloaded the client. So I tried to go through the Google Chrome download approach. It re-downloaded Google Chrome but not the ATMP Client.ANy thoughts as to why this would be?
