ATS Save file editing

The other day I saw someone in ATS MP with bull bars and a oversize load banner at the same time. How can I do this, I've tried searching for a answer but cant find one, and even tried fiddling with the file myself to no avail. Also would this be allowed in MP?


Also, I edited my truck to have a day cab and a long 6x4 chassis this is ok for MP right?
