As far as I am aware, it's down to the mod's author to configure their mod so that you can actually purchase it. If the author has set this feature up (and you have the mod enabled obviously), it should appear in the trailer purchasing area along with the ones from the default game. 

 

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that is how it works

You'll can find in wallbert companies. But unable to buy from trailer dealer. Unfortunately not available as own trailer

You can make any trailer from game to your own trailer  if you know about save editing. Here is a topic that help you to know about save edit. Also i make a video for you, you can check and try at home
