Hello.

try this solution:

1. Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework

2. Clean your temp files with CCleaner

3. Check your temp files path and make sure it's located at C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache

If you don't have "INetCache" folder make a new folder and name it "temp" and then open the Windows temp settings and choose the new path.

Hello @Ashley Harding

Welcome to the Forum,

Try these steps;

> Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
> Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
> Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
> Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
> Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

You should start TruckersMP as an admin. This is really important.
Also, try to start TruckersMP with DirectX (64)
> Go to your steam App
> Go to the library
> Go to ETS 2 / ATS
> Click "Play"
> Choose "Launch with DirectX (64-bit). Make sure you chose 64 bit.
> Start ETS 2
> Choose your profile and press "drive"
> Close ETS 2
> Start TruckersMP as admin. TruckersMP will start with DirectX for all time. Except you change it again.

And look this topic;

Kind Regards,

Sneezy

Hello,

From what I can see is that you have been having issues connecting to the game. How long have you been having this issue, before, I make any judgements.

Only recently, I've not played it in a while

Okay,

I would suggest that you go to Truckers MP Icon.  Then what I need you to do is that you need to night click it. Then it should say "Run as a Administrator" Click it and allow it if that dose not work or any things that are listed above then, I would suggest you contact Support staff. I've now created a Ticket on the Support link, Thanks to all for trying to help :)

Run TruckersMP in comparability mode for Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008, try both.
