Suggestion Name:/reconnect command, or a reconnect button at the players nearby tab

Suggestion Description: Reconnecting in game without relaunching the game, just make the players have the ability to chat and make the Nearby Players tab appear for them while they are offline.

Why should it be added?: So we dont have to relaunch the game, its very tiring.
