I can't disable 2fa from my TMP account

Hello! I have a very big problem, I made an factory reset to my phone and I can't disable 2fa from my TruckersMP account, can you help me? NOTE: I can't do anything, I haven't access to my account, I can't use https://support.truckersmp.com and https://truckersmp.com/support . Any solution?

What's the issue with the support system? You can use the support system without being logged in on your TruckersMP account.

Is your issue with the support is that you can't register a ticket due to 2FA? You can still make a ticket as have many others - just go to the support system and sign in via Steam.

You can only get 2FA removed by a Support Manager and we can only do it if you create a ticket. With that being said, I urge you to create a ticket and one of us will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

@Ali. I finally made a ticket, I tried to made it when I was logged in.  My first support ticket.

Since the user made a ticket to our support system we will continue the support from there.
