Why nobody answers to my reports, feedbacks, support ticket's?

Hi there,

 

I cannot answer for the Support ticket waiting time, but what I can say is that your outstanding feedback ticket is in our queue and will be dealt with very soon. At the moment we're dealing with a slight backlog of tickets, so it's taking some time for us to get through the tickets in our queue. Rest assured that we will always answer your feedback tickets regardless of how long it takes. It shouldn't be too much longer now.

Hello,

You are like in traffic jam, you need to wait until people ahead you will be finished.

They will respond as fast as possible, or you make a topic with your problem, and community and me will try to help you.
