Why nobody answers to my reports, feedbacks, support ticket's?

I cannot answer for the Support ticket waiting time, but what I can say is that your outstanding feedback ticket is in our queue and will be dealt with very soon. At the moment we're dealing with a slight backlog of tickets, so it's taking some time for us to get through the tickets in our queue. Rest assured that we will always answer your feedback tickets regardless of how long it takes. It shouldn't be too much longer now.

Please be patient. You're not the only one who sent a ticket and needs help. There are many support tickets that the support team has to deal with.

You need to wait. However I hope you will get your help soon
