Hello @lukasz69vader,

 

I have used this program for very little time, but maybe I can help you.

 

Verify that you have the latest version

start the program with administrator permissions

 

maybe the cause can be

overly active antivirus software, especially Windows Defender and Avast. The easiest solution is to add an exclusion in the antivirus for the Client.

 

Windows Defender:

> Open Windows Defender

> Go to settings

> In the "Exclusions" section, click on "Add or remove exclusions"

> The click on the "+" symbol and choose "Process"

> In the text field type "TB Client.exe" (without quotation marks)

> Confirm by clicking on "Add"

> How to solve the issue (Avast):

 

Avast:

Go to settings

> In the "General" section click on "Exclusions"

> Choose "File paths"

> Enter the path to the program either manually or using the "Browse" button

> Press Enter and confirm by clicking on "OK"

 

If this does not solve your problem try this:

> Go to "TrucksBook Client" folder

> Find the TBcleaner.exe

> Start with administrator permissions

> Make click on "START TrucksBook CLEANER"

> Let the process finish and reinstall latest version of TrucksBook Client
