Bans in recruitment

Suggestion Name: Bans in recruitment

Suggestion Description: I do not agree with rule, that we must not have more than 3 bans (inacive counts too) to send an application to some post. I would like to make change, that bans older than 3 years will not count in recruitment.

Why should it be added?: Becouse it is never too late for changing behaviour, people are growing up and getting smarter.
