Dear @sebrw2005

Please, try the following solutions:

> Avoid using Wi-Fi.
> Avoid uploading or downloading and playing MP at the same time.
> Avoid doing Windows Updates at the same time.
> Avoid having too many users or devices at the same time into your network.
> Avoid using streaming services at the same time.
> Check your firewall settings into your router/switch.
> Prefer using servers nearest to your location.
> Try to talk with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and see if you can come up with a solution. Ask your ISP if they support internet profiles such as Fast path or Interleave and ask for Interleave. Interleave will raise your ping but it will do more packet checks by your ISP.

And the best solution is that you have better internet.

Hello,

You can specify your problem? or provide some more information or provide some more information (like as "error" with which you kicked or something else similar).

It also be that it is not a problem of your connection, it may be that your PC that does not pass the requirements and the server kick you

I also want to comment that a short time ago (before you make this post), the server EU # 2 ha presented a small problem for a short time.

Maybe point number 3 of this post can help you

or this post

And I was on the EU2 server,

And my pc can run truckersmp for sure:

CPU: Intel i5 4570

GPU: Gforce GTX 970

Memory: 16 gb

I would be surprised if all that can't run a trucking simulator...

@viperfyy

Yes, my ping is 16 according to speedtest.net

Hello again,

Can you take a pic of why the server is kicking? or say it

Please when entering the server put "g_developer 16" in console (like this) and show it here
after this, you can put "g_developer 1" to go back as before

try playing on another server that EU # 2, maybe the problem you have is only on that server

Do you live somewhere in Europe?

Do it a test with this clicking on "View additional test points" and select somewhere in Europe (like France, Deutschland or Polska)

Seeing that you have spoken to me in DM, I will continue talking to you there

Regards ^_^

Edit:

You can edit the comments, so you do not have 2 or more comments in a row. It is just a tip ;)

You may be having a connection problem, here are some things you can try to resolve the issue.

1. Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems

2. Try clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache

3. Try changing your DNS to Google's one and see if that has any effect https://www.techworm.net/2016/08/change-default-dns-google-dns-fast-internet-speeds.html

4. Try re-setting your win-sock cache

step 1: click on windows search program and type "cmd" enter (run cmd as an admin, right click run as admin)

step 2: once you're in, type "netsh winsock reset catalog" enter

step 3: type "netsh int ip reset.log hit" enter

step 4: restart your computer

Reset your network adapter, firewall and DHCP.

This page will guide you through what you need to do and explains for different Windows operating systems as you scroll down.

https://kb.wisc.edu/page.php?id=6653

You type

·         netsh int ip reset reset.txt

·         netsh winsock reset

·         netsh advfirewall reset

into a command prompt window

Hello, please try these solutions.

Solution 1:

Turn off and on again the router. (Wait 5 minutes)

Stop any other updates that may use all your bandwidth. (Steam Updates, Origin Updates, Other browser updates)

Also make sure your Firewall/Antivirus is not blocking the launcher. Start by opening Windows Firewall and Restore defaults.

Solution 2:

Clear your DNS address and use this DNS.

Clear DNS Address:

  • Right Click on the Start (Window) Icon
  • Click on Command Prompt
  • The Windows Command Prompt Window will appear.  Type in:
  • ipconfig /flushdns and press ENTER
  • You should receive the following message: Windows IP Configuration
  • Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache

Use DNS Address:

  • Open Control Panel.
  • Click on Network and Internet.
  • Click on Network and Sharing Center.
  • On the left pane, click on Change adapter settings.
  • Right-click the network interface connected to the internet, and select Properties.
  • Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) from the list.
  • Click the Properties button.
  • Click the Use the following DNS server addresses option.
  • Here you can enter any DNS server.
  • Google Public DNS addresses: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
  • Click OK.

Now Open TruckersMP Launcher in administrator mode.

and review these topic:

Kind Regards,

Hello,

This is an unusual problem

usually resolves with a restart the game, log out and re-logging on Steam or restarting your modem.

Try with go on Steam > Settings > Account, Manage Steam Guard Account Security and click on Disconnect all Devices.

Check if your Steam privacy options such as "My profile" and "Game details" are public

If your problem continues, you only have to wait (usually no more than 2 hours).

You have been able to fix the problem for which you have initiated this topic?

please let us know

Regards ^_^
