Some player chat : rec ID

As the title you can see, when i play online, i usually see some players chat : rec ID or set the name tag like : rec real time or china rec, or something like this. What is it mean? Thanks in advance

"Rec" is short for record; they're telling everyone that if they do something wrong, they'll likely be recorded and that recording sent to the moderators. If you see someone in chat say "Rec XXX", then that means whoever XXX is (XXX being their ID) has potentially done something the driver saying it has perceived as bad, and they have recorded the event.
