Regarding an account

Hello there,

 

A friend of mine recently re-installed the game from steam and is willing to play TruckersMP once again, due to him already owning a valid account he cannot pursue further in registering to TruckersMP as his steam account is already associated to the earlier registered account. His problem is that he cannot remember his login information, let it be the E-Mail or the password. Any possibility of his account to be recovered or deleted so that he could re-register to play?

As said by XinBao^, Contact the TruckersMP Support Team and follow these step.

• Go to https://truckersmp.com/support/ticket/create
• Click Sign in through Steam.
• A new tab will open, In this tab Steam ID and password enter. then click Sign in button.
• Select Create a ticket.
