My other suggestion was about having 2 servers, a Simulation one with strict rules and a Non-Simulation one like the late EU#4 but without speed limits. Which is, almost exactly, what TMP has done. This one has been fulfilled by giving the players the chance to play in servers without speed limits, so it makes no sense to keep it alive. You believe that it's worse than before, why? If you want to play by the rules, there are the simulation servers, if you want to drive as fast as possible there's the arcade servers, everyone should be happy. Therefore I will archive this suggestion because "EU4" does not exist anymore. I would like to thank everybody who participated in this discussion.
