Change impact of windows opacity

Suggestion Name:

Change impact of windows opacity

Suggestion Description:

Windows opacity should not affect checkboxes and sliders.

Any example images:

Above: windows opacity set to 50%.
Below: windows opacity set to 0%.

Why should it be added?:
If the windows opacity is set to 0%, checkboxes and sliders (including the windows opacity slider) are not visible anymore.
That makes it impossible to use them.
At present, the only workaround to make them visible again is to use the "Set defaults" button, which unfortunately resets all changes on all tabs.
