Suggestion Description: I would like to prevent it from generating jokes with multi-band mics (CB Radio) or generating noise that could harm others. Any example images: None. Why should it be added: There are users who occasionally use a microphone to make noise. If you limit the use of the microphone to 5 seconds and make the cooldown to 5 seconds, it seems that many of these users will disappear.
