My favorite music genre is the hit music. Because the song rhythms excite you, especially "Summer Cem - Tamam Tamam" I love to listen to the highest volume of the song.:mlg_doge:

Music and I have a lot in common, mostly about the way I see and blend it with one of a kind touching experiences. I was never into the commercial side of - all about quality for 20 years now. As you can tell wherever I stream for other people, be it on Dubtrack or Discord, I have the bar set sky-high.

I came across hundreds of genres through the time... from Reggae, Krautrock, New Wave, Alternative, Leftfield, Eurodance, Dance in the the 2000's to Indie, Rock, Synthpop, Jazz, Disco, Soulful, R&B, Funk, Latino/Afro/Lo-fi/Classic House, Tribe Hard/Psy Trance, and merging to Uplifting in 2006 then Dark/Melodic Progressive House, Ambient, Lounge, Downtempo, Liquid Drum & Bass being my never ending addiction for god knows how long.

In my perception for "music", it should never be divided into genres for the sole reason since the early ages of the first instruments, e.g. the first ever musical composition, music was founded as a tool for inspiration/motivation to bring the listener closer to certain experiences. Where movies benefit the most, next to stories of life. The list where it helps a lot is infinite. It can also be used for healing despite shady organizations trying to deny the fact; of any, oldest Japanese and Chinese generations have used it to actually heal people, proved by many generations. The human body is build around energy / vibrations, that the music, when programmed in specific manner, does what the batteries do - charge the mental system, and as mental controls the physical body, healing is very well a thing when people have the consciousness to understand that.

Yups it is no wonder or a way to treat crucial diseases but when used as a precaution both with healthy way of life (to an extent you aren't doing the most poisonous food you can buy then wonder why you're sick), it is how generations before us were healing themselves when the toxic meds were far from existence. Right. I said "toxic meds" - another reason for the short span of life of people who take them to essentially keep living.

I'll jump to the point of how the adult people taught bad by their own misconception, fail to realize where MUSIC originates from: the classical phase. A discussion about that was going on Spark Logistics VTC channel in Discord. It all started to soar people's attention to discover the secret; word "secret" because while most of the population has sight, part of it has people lost their ability to see life through their eyes. Then comes sounds to make them live a better life, everything around is music if you're taught to respect it not like it's a given. In the end, you may see and hear the environment. Next day you may have both those abilities taken and left with no picture of the world (the good and bad side).

Aaand nope. I am not drunk if so you think I am. Myself I consider music part of the nature. In there, the commercialism of modern times doesn't have place. I enjoyed it on many places, in the woods - just like 2 hours ago I went on a bike ride in the sun soaked woods spinning space ambient, on the mountain and the river & sea, through the day, night, in the rain and snow... all seasons.

Years of appreciating the true soul of music made me an enemy of modern, clubb-ish sounds. I'd say street sounds too, except the case people there playing their instruments in a manner they know what builds emotion.

One word describes the whole picture: music is storytelling. When you take out the storytelling,  you do take out its soul.  Truth about the commercial/dark side of it.
