It may be that they are doing a world of trucks job so they are driving slowly but you say that they are around 50kph and the max is 90kph for a WoT job.

The rules for useless traffic states:

§2.6 - Useless Traffic / Inappropriate parking*

Repeatedly driving to and from an area of high population with no aim other than to cause more traffic. Parking or stopping in areas of high population for no reason. This applies to areas with 25+ users. Using the designated car parks is fine when there is low traffic in the area.

So it could be at least kickable (i would think) based on that rule but i'm not really sure, you'll have to wait for a team member to answer that question.

Dear Johnas2 xd.

According to your question, I'd like to mention that 'going below the speed limits may be considered as 'intentional holding of traffic', respectfully 'blocking'. It's pretty fine to keep your speed based on set limits of ETS (as for example, 60 to 80), but going below these values on certain locations with huge amount of traffic is for sure not recommended.

Greetings.

For players with Snow Mod active, it is natural for some to drive slowly and carefully, especially on C-D road. Their speed will also depend on various other factors and other player's behaviours. If a player is seen to be driving slowly with the intent to cause problems for other players, it is indeed punishable. But if they're driving slowly because of road conditions, a curve or a player going to wrong way, it can be understandable given the circumstances. In a straight line, it's recommended for players to, at least, go above 50 or 60km/h to not cause any unwanted congestions.

Kind regards.

Hello @Johnas2 xd

Similar to what @[TAL] Xris said, that could be considered as blocking, which is a reportable and punishable offense in the game. To report a situation like this, I would recommend recording it and posting it on your reports page on truckersmp.com over reporting it in game, as its hard for Game Moderators to read all of the reports in game.

Hope this helped,

@povgamer
