TMP Launcher Update Problem

Hello there

 

I'm having some kind of launching problem. Apparently there is some sore of connection problem and launcher doesn't update TMP.

 

I've red some topics in Turkish but that UltraSurf thing doesn't work and it sounds weird to download some other app that doesn't belong to TMP to fix the problem.

Dear @MLT.Atak Go to https://tur.windscribe.com/download and download it to your computer after registration and install the program

. • To activate the program, set it to “ON“.

• Open TruckersMP Launcher and make your update.

• Turn off the program by turning the program to ”OFF ı after the update is finished.  

• You can now play.   -

Could you provide me with some images that show the error message (if any) as the images you have provided cannot be seen...

 

Depending on the error you are getting I will provide you with some knowledge that may be of help to you.

 

Try to run a sfc /scannow command in DOS then restart your computer and try again. https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow-to-repair-windows-system-files-2626161

 

Also, download CCleaner and run a registry cleanup and try again. https://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/using-ccleaner/registry-cleaning

 

As a last option, delete the ETS2MP folder from documents and follow the guide below, 

 

1.      Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

2.      Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

3.      Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

4.      Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

5.      Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

Apparently there is some limitation for Turkey.. But i don't know why is that? When VPN started working the launchers image even came back!

 

Anyway, yes VPN was the problem. So, download a VPN and start it, launcher will do the update.
