Can you disable 2-factor verification?

I activated the 2-factor verification of my TruckerMP account. But my cell phone was damaged and now I can not enter the account. My backup code I do not have it. Now I can not do anything with the account.

If it could be deactivated otherwise please wait for a solution. Thank you.
