I guess it depends on how well the new mods recruitied do as Trials. If new mods can't do well and couldn't manage to be a Game Moderator, it is likely to be soon. But if they do well and manage to be Game Moderators it will be later. So, because of this, even the Developers can't say anything yet, I guess.
