Traffic Lights just... off

So I just made a new profile (no truck, doing quick jobs) and I've noticed that all traffic lights are just off.  It seems that I can just drive through an intersection without any issues.

Also noticed there are no cars, but there are posts that apparently deal with that already.

As the @XinBao^ said,it's probably that you have lost connection with our server.

 

By confimation,i want  to ask you that is  there  a  ‘OFFLINE’ in the upper right corner of your game?
