1Press the Windows key and R (Win + r) on the keyboard

2 Type "regedit" and press Enter (without the quotes)

3 Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Lsa \ FipsAlgorithmPolicy"

4Click "File"

5Click "Export"

6Save the file in a secure location (for example, on the desktop) as a backup

7 After saving, double-click "Enable"

8Set “Value Data” to “0” (without the quotes)

9 press OK

You should clean your tempfiles or use this https://www.ccleaner.com/

 

And you should reset your pc's cache by turning it off and remove power cable & wait 30sec.

Although this guide contains the solution NeonLeon already stated, it contains additional steps for this specific type of error. So please ensure to follow them.

Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework

Clean your temp files with CCleaner

Check your temp files path and make sure it's located at C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache

If you don't have "INetCache" folder make a new folder and name it "temp" and then open the Windows temp settings and choose the new path.

Try following:

 

Solution 1:
Goto C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP
Delete both core_ets2mp.dll  files
Start Truckersmp launcher as administrator and click on install the files.

 

Solution 2:
Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/
Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates

 

Solution 3:
Download Ultrasurf.
Run Ultrasurf.
Open TruckersMP in Administrator Mode.
Install the available updates (only the first run with Ultrasurf), wait for it to finish and Launch button appears.
Exit Ultrasurf

Hello, 

 

Verify your game files. Right click on Steam> Library> Ets2> Properties> Local files> Verify the integrity of the game cache.

You may have a problem caused by a lock of files, delete the game and install it again.
Check if you have received the error in Singleplayer.
Try running the game as an administrator
