Deleting account

If you deleted your account, can you create the new one with the same email and steam id? It is only for knowledge purpose.

Hey!

 

Yes, if you delete your account, you can sign up with the same steam id and email address 2 weeks later. You can head over to your account settings on the website here: https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings/redirect/account/ PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE! Your bans are linked to your Steam ID which is public information displayed on Steam. If you sign up again, your bans will be reactivated.

 

Information that will stay: Bans, appeals, and reports will remain as they are not personal information, and are used as evidence.
Information that will be deleted: Recruitment applications, feedback tickets, social information and editing logs linked to your TruckersMP and forum account.

 

Your forum user account will be removed. Any posted topics and replies will remain visible.

Hello @Johnas2,

That's what happens if you decide to delete your TruckersMP account:

 

• Feedback and recruitment applications will be deleted, as they can contain personal data.
• The editing logs for your account will be deleted.
• Your bans, appeals, and reports will remain as they are not personal information, and are used for evidence.
• The game server logs which you appear in will remain for a while, and be deleted at a later date.
• If you create a new account your, bans will be reinstated.
• You must wait at least 14 days before registering again.
