My friend cant register to truckers.mp

Hello!

My friend is having a trouble registring to truckers.mp. He have over 40 hrs of gameplay and owns the game on steam, His steam profile is set to public including his game statistic settings and he's still not able to register. Any clue what this could be?

Can you please tell him to try these two things:

 

First, ask if to try and link his game while having the game opened.

 

If that doesn't work, ask him to restart his computer and then try again

He have already tried that sir, I have helped alot of people in the past getting truckersmp mod but in this case is nothnig any like the other. We're starting to get frustrated hehe (:

I dont see how it would work on firefox when it already dont work on chrome and edge, more sounds like an steam API error to me

For some users it has worked when they tried it on Firefox.

Can you please ask your friend to clear their browsing history and then try to link their game. It may also help if they run the game in single player and then try to link their game.

Im sure he have played in singleplayer, he have 40+ hrs in singleplayermode

No, I meant can you tell him to open the game in Single player and then once it's open - try to link it whilst it's open.

ohh ok, gotcha. Il tell him when he's available since he litterly just left for the day. give me a day orso

We got it working.

The problem was that his password was saved when logging on steam which was his old password. he deleted it and put in his new password, however when he puts in his steam auth code he recieves from his phone the password resets to the old one causing it to overwriting both all all the browsers. He have now registred on the website thru the phone and got it working.

So this topic can now be set to solved! (:
