Connection error

An error occured while contaction our update servers! 

 

Everyone else can play TrukersMP. I cant.. Can someone help me with that?

Fordt of all, welcome to the help section and thanks for using.

 

Please follow this Steps:

 

1) Open the Launcher as Admin

2) Press F1 and install the available updates again

 

Not working ?.......

 

1) Install all Windows updates

2) Install the latest NET Framework

Could you please send us a photo about your problem ?

 

Or try to follow these guides:

Solution 1:

1.) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
2.) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
3.) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
4.) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
5.) Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/
6.) Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

 

Solution 2:

• Goto C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP
• Delete both core_ets2mp.dll  files
• Start Truckersmp launcher as administrator and click on install the files.

Solution 3:

1) Open the Task Manager

2) Search the Launcher

3) Close the Launcher

4) Open the Launcher as Admin

 

Solution 4:

• Download Ultrasurf.
• Run Ultrasurf.
• Open TruckersMP in Administrator Mode.
• Install the available updates (only the first run with Ultrasurf), wait for it to finish and Launch button appears.
• Exit Ultrasurf
