Can i appeal a permanent ban?

Can i appeal a permanent ban? i read the rules, but it says this: The 6th ban is permanent with no chance of undo. what does that mean? I dont understand because my english can be compared to a rock.

here is the Part of our Rules what explain you what that means:

 

§2.10 - How bans are issued

The first 3 bans issued are at Game Moderator discretion.

The 4th ban is 1 month.

The 5th ban is 3 months.

The 6th ban is permanent with no chance of undo. Any bans further than 12 months before the current ban are ignored under this rule. This is considered the cooling off period.

If you have at least two history bans of the same length in your ban history, Game Moderators may extend your ban to the next ban history length, regardless of how many bans you have had in the last year. For example, if you have already had two 1-month bans, your next ban can be extended to 3 months. If you have two 3-month bans, your ban can be extended to perm. Note that bans that are extended due to it being your 4th, 5th or 6th ban cannot be removed, they are strictly 1 month, 3 months and permanent.

 

So in small words, should you drive recklessly, ram someone or similar on purpose

and it's your 6th Ban in 1 Year (green) you can get banned Permanent without any Chance

to keep using your Account.

You can appeal your Permanent Ban but the Chance to getting unbanned is really small, and just

happening if you can provide the Game Moderator the correct Evidence what shows it was an Accident.

 

And should you try to create a new Account is still not allowed.

It usually means you have been banned so many times in a consecutive manner within 1 year that an appeal will not be accepted to allow you to play online again if.

 It means that if you get banned for the 6th time , you can not ask for appeal because it is permanent , like forever
