Server keep disconnecting

Since yesterday my game keeps disconnecting. Almost every 5 minutes it disconnect and connect again. Even my ping is normal and no players around me... Don't know what is wrong

Follow these guides:

Solution 1:

• Clear your PC's temp files with CCleaner, https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download
• Do a dns flush, https://www.wikihow.com/Flush-DNS
• Press CTRL+ALT+DEL keys and open the Task Manager see if there are some updating services running in the background processes (Example: Adobe IPC Broker service,or any form of updater service),
• Disable any unwanted programs you dont want running and hogging internet, https://www.howtogeek.com/74523/how-to-disable-startup-programs-in-windows/
• If using wireless making sure that the router is not placed so that it is next to anything electrical such as a television
• Purchasing a Cat6 Ethernet Cable and so connecting through cable instead of wirelessly
• Clearing the ARP Cache https://techjourney.net/clear-delete-and-refresh-arp-cache-entry/
• Resetting your network adapter https://www.home-network-help.com/netsh-winsock.html

Solution 2:

1. Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems

2. Try clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache

3. Try changing your DNS to Google's one and see if that has any effect https://www.techworm.net/2016/08/change-default-dns-google-dns-fast-internet-speeds.html

4. Try re-setting your win-sock cache 

 

Click on windows search program and type "cmd" enter (run cmd as an admin, right click run as admin)

Once you're in, type "netsh winsock reset catalog" enter

Type "netsh int ip reset.log hit" enter

Restart your computer

 

Reset your network adapter, firewall and DHCP.

You type 

 

·         netsh int ip reset reset.txt

·         netsh winsock reset

Hey there,

this problem was also present in me and I found this solution as a result of my research and my problem was solved.

First, Press simultaneously the Windows and R keys on your keyboard and the RUN window is displayed immediately.

then write cmd..

Such a black screen will appear.Write "ipconfig / flushdns" here then press the enter, you will see succesuffly text.

Then  write "ipconfig / release."

you must wait 3 sec or 15 sec.

After completing the step above, type "ipconfig / renew" and enter.

After completing this process, type "exit" and close the window.
